In conversation with Jim Arnold, Casting Director

In case you missed the interview with WICKED casting director Jim Arnold here are some points he made during the conversation:

- 6000 people applied to audition for Wicked last year

- Don’t audition for a show if you don’t plan on taking the part

- Don’t shake hands with the panel

- Be prepared. If it’s a recall, know the material

- If it goes wrong don’t beat yourself up. You’re only human

- We want you to be right for the show so come into the room knowing that

- Be yourself
